1957 Marx, #4054 Colonial Doll House with Furniture in Original Box
This all tin litho Marx, Modern Colonial Doll House was still factory sealed until recently when it's previous owner decided to open it up for inspection. It's complete with all parts, accessories, inserts, instructions, etc. and has never been assembled. This particular model was advertised as colonial doll house with furniture and picture window. It's two stories tall with six rooms and a patio. It has all four of its original Marx furniture bags (and not one of them has a single tear)! The furniture groups are shown below with their specific factory bag.. There are 29 pieces in all. The box cover has a terrific illustration of the Doll House in a wooded setting along. Catalog number and product name were printed on the side aprons. The underside is blank. It comes with its complete original insert and large set of instructions. Size: Box 26" x 12" x 4".
